Registrant Information

Hours: Tucson Classics Car Show is open to the public from 10 am to 4 pm on October 17, 2015 at The Gregory School, 3231 N. Craycroft Rd., Tucson, AZ. Please plan on being there the entire day.

Postcard and your entry number assignment: A postcard will be mailed to you 2 weeks prior to the show with your entry number and time to arrive. Entries received after 2 PM Oct. 5, 2015 will be placed on a waiting list and not be granted admission to the show unless contacted directly by the Registrar. At that time, placement with your class on the show field is not guaranteed.

If you do not receive your post card by Oct. 8th, 2015, please email TCCS@5StarDesign.com or call 520-440-4503. If you have lost your post card, bring a copy of the receipt that was emailed to you with you on the day of the show for identification.

Parking out of your class or changing entry vehicles: Please contact the Registrar at TCCS@5StarDesign.com if you wish to park with another car out of your class, or if you change a vehicle that you will be bringing, even if it is in the same class. This allows us to prepare the correct paperwork for your vehicle. Deadline for changing cars is Oct. 10, 2015. Cars in the same class wishing to park together must arrive together.

Special important information:

  1. Cars must be able to drive on the field to their slotting area. (Non-working vehicles are not allowed).
  2. If you bring your car on a trailer, we will provide an unloading area off the field so you can drive your car on the field as directed by the TCCS slotting team. Trailers will not be allowed on the field before or after the show.
  3. Day of show slotting begins at 6:30 AM until 9:00 AM. To facilitate smooth slotting of cars, entrants should plan to arrive at the time assigned on their postcard. No vehicles will be allowed to enter the field for slotting after 9:30 AM.
  4. Staff will be on site to place cars for those who chose early slotting on Friday before the show between 3:00 and 5:00 PM only. Those slotting on Friday afternoon will be given their window sign, paperwork, "goodie bag" and issued an admission pass with free parking pass for one vehicle to return on Saturday for the day of show.
  5. Small "For Sale" signs will be allowed inside the window of your vehicle, no larger than 8-1/2 x 11".
  6. No business advertising is allowed on the show field. Businesses interested in advertising must purchase a vendor booth on the field perimeter. Request vendor information via the contact tab on the TCCS website: www.RotaryTCCS.com
  7. Due to the disruption it causes, we ask that there be no exit of show cars from the field until the awards ceremony ends (around 4:00 PM).
  8. Owners of every registered vehicle will receive a ballot to vote for their choice for the best vehicle in each class except their own. We appreciate your participation in this vote by your peers. Note the ballots need to be submitted by noon on the day of the show in the Ballot Box.

Car Owner Release:By registering my vehicle for the Tucson Classics Car Show, I agree that this is not a bailment of my vehicle(s). I acknowledge there is inherent risk of damage to my vehicle(s) from being displayed in an event open to the public. In consideration for permitting me to display my vehicle(s) I hold harmless the Rotary Club of Tucson (RCT), The Rotary Club of Tucson Foundation, The Gregory School, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, members, employees, agents and representatives who shall not be held liable for any damage, theft, personal injury, losses, or other claims whatsoever, whether known or unknown, in any way related to the Tucson Classics Car Show, including overnight parking on Friday night (if selected) which may be suffered by me, my minor children with me, or by my vehicle(s). I give Rotary Club of Tucson Foundation permission to use my name, and photos of me and my vehicle.

I read English and I have read and agree to all the terms of the Release above. I am over the age of 18 years and do not have a guardian or other legal representative who has been appointed for me.

I also agree: NO DOGS (except service dogs), NO DRUGS, NO ALCOHOL, NO MUSIC, and NO BICYCLES are to be brought onto the show grounds.
